Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you encounter any damages or defective products upon delivery, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

NO RETURN POLICY
EMMANUEL CYCLES does not offer Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds on all our products.
EXCEPTIONS

In the event of a defective or damaged product, please attach a set of pictures of the issue for our team to assess at our store email to arrange for a refund or exchange within 3 working days, upon receipt of the item.

No exchange or refunds are allowed for the above conditions.

REFUNDS
Upon receiving the defective product and inspecting the condition of your item in our store, we will then process your return or exchange.

Please note: 
In the event of exchanging a defective item, you may only exchange for the same product; same price or of a higher priced product. Emmanuel Cycles reserves the final rights for the reimbursement or exchange.
